We currently support shipping to all 48 of the continental United States
How long does delivery take?
Delivery Typically takes 2-3 weeks, but can be longer.
How do I schedule delivery?
Once our delivery network receives the merchandise they will reach out to you to schedule a date and time for delivery
Is there a minimum purchase required to qualify for White Glove Delivery Service?
No minimum purchase is required on qualifying items, but additional fees may apply.
Can I track my order for direct ship merchandise?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email or text from Levin Furniture and Mattress. When you receive the delivery confirmation email or text, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the delivery carrier's website. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered successfully.
Will delivery include rearranging my furniture or removing old furniture?
No, delivery personnel are not permitted to remove, move or stage any furniture currently in your home.
